Refund policy

If you would like an exchange or refund of the products you’ve purchased from us, simply return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will happily issue an exchange or full refund if they are returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Australian Customers - free return shipping:

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your garment within Australia:

  1. Email hello@puredreamwear.com with your intent to return your purchase. You will be issued a free return postage slip to be attached to the front of your return parcel.
  2. Your details: Complete the Returns and Exchanges form.
  3. Pack ready: Place in package with clothing and proof of purchase.
  4. Return slip: Adhere the paid return post slip (that you have received from us) to the top of the parcel.
  5. Drop off: at the local Sendle drop off location.
  6. Refund? : If you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded back onto your credit card as indicated by you once we have receipt of the garments.
  7. Exchange? : If you require an exchange, we will send out the new item free of charge once we have receipt of the original garments, and contact you via email with your tracking number.

 

International Customers:

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your garment outside of Australia:

  1. Your details: Complete the Returns and Exchanges form.
  2. Pack ready: Place in package with clothing and proof of purchase.
  3. Address the package: Ensure product is safely packed and clearly addressed to:

  1. Return shipping: For international returns and exchanges, we do not offer free return shipping, however we'll ship exchange items back to you free of charge.
  2. Tracking: Please send your garment via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.
  3. Refund? : If you require a refund, the purchase price will be refunded back onto your credit card as indicated by you once we have receipt of the garments.
  4. Exchange? : If you require an exchange, we will send out the new item free of charge once we have receipt of the original garments, and contact you via email with your tracking number.

 Manufacturer’s Warranty 

We make every effort to ensure the quality of the clothing we produce is impeccable. If there is a fault found in either the fabric or the manufacture of your garment, Pure Dreamwear will happily replace the garment within three months of purchase. This does not include damage to the garment or general wear and tear.
